
Peer-Led Support Groups
In-Person & Virtual
At A Dragonfly’s Dream, I offer two weekly peer-led support groups — one virtual, and one in-person (location coming soon in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area). These groups were created for those of us who have lived with eating disorders over time — who are still healing, still dreaming, and still becoming.
This is not therapy, and there is no pressure to be "doing recovery" in a certain way. These groups are rooted in harm reduction, compassion, and community. We honor each person’s path and pace, and we hold space for honesty, nuance, and becoming — wherever you are in your journey.
