Peer-Led Support Groups
In-Person & Virtual
We offer two weekly, peer-led support groups for adults (30+) living with long-term or recurring eating disorders. The in-person group meets on Thursday evening (6:00-7:00 p.m.) at All Saint's United Methodist Church in Morrisville (easily off 540, between Raleigh & Durham). The virtual group is TBD.
If you’re interested in joining either group, please fill out the form above.
At A Dragonfly's Dream, our support circles are created for those still healing, still dreaming, and still becoming. These are peer-led spaces, not therapy, and there is no expectation to “do recovery” a certain way.
Our groups are semi-structured and positive recovery-oriented, weaving together gentle practices that support grounding, connection, and presence.
We are rooted in harm reduction, compassion, mind-body awareness, and connection. We honor each person’s tides and timing, holding space for honesty, nuance, and presence—wherever your journey flows.
You don't have to walk this alone. Here, your presence is enough.
What to Expect
This is a non-clinical, inclusive, trauma-informed group rooted in compassion, harm reduction principles, and mind-body connection. Together, we follow group agreements that foster honesty, mutual respect, and safety.
Who These Groups Are For
Individuals living with a long-term or recurring eating disorder
Those in work-in-progress recovery
People seeking connection, not correction
All genders, identities, and body sizes are welcome
You don't need to have a diagnosis or be in treatment. You just need to want a space where you can exhale and be authentic.
